About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and patient-friendly Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage patient appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and assist them during their clinic visits.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up calls.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic registers or computer systems.
- Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage billing, payment receipts, and basic cash records, if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and waiting area.




- Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily clinic activities.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and provide courteous service to all visitors.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate politely with patients and handle inquiries.
- Punctual, responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
