Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and results-oriented professional to manage client relationships, monitor business performance and drive growth through data-driven planning and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, analysing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the effective execution of business strategies. This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Performance Management

- Develop and manage growth plans for assigned clients.
- Analyse business performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Track project progress, deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable recommendations to clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and discuss performance improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and coordination of deliverables.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client plans.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as required.
- Align business objectives with operational activities and execution plans.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Data Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve business outcomes.




- Develop periodic performance and growth plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate ongoing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide data-backed insights to support business decisions.

Research & Project Management
- Conduct research and analysis for special projects and business initiatives.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Identify new opportunities and suggest innovative approaches to improve performance.
- Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and review.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in client management, account management, business analysis or performance management.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting and presentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel within India for business meetings when required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
