Krushit Vanzara Studios (KVS) is a Mumbai-based creative post-production studio serving clients worldwide, specializing in photo retouching, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. The Role

You will be the main point of contact for a set of international clients, building long-term relationships and making sure their projects run smoothly from brief to delivery.

What You'll Do

- Be the primary point of contact for all your assigned clients
- Pitch existing clients on new projects and services, and spot room to grow each account
- Run daily checks on work status, timelines and ongoing tasks so nothing slips through
- Coordinate with editors, designers and operations to keep workflows smooth
- Communicate client requirements, feedback and revisions clearly and accurately to internal teams
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records of client details, projects, feedback and approvals

What We're Looking For

- Fluent English, written and verbal (mandatory, as you'll speak with international clients daily)
- Proven client relations skills: building trust, retaining clients and improving satisfaction
- A warm, personable style that feels like talking to a friend while staying fully qualified (a good sense of humour is a real plus)




- Comfort with upselling and pitching confidently within existing accounts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving client problems

Schedule

- Day shift, in one of two slots: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
