About The Murphy Studio The Murphy Studio is a design-led creative business specializing in bespoke wedding stationery, invitation design, illustration, and surface design products. We collaborate with clients across India and internationally to create thoughtful, detail-oriented designs that celebrate meaningful moments and beautiful spaces.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused professional to manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution. The role involves handling client communication, tracking project progress, and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide timely updates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and address queries professionally.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain client records, project trackers, enquiry details, and operational documentation.
- Support enquiry follow-ups, quotations, and sales conversions where required.
- Identify coordination gaps and help resolve delays to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, client relations, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills,



attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with solid follow-up skills.
- Experience in luxury retail, weddings, hospitality, events, or premium customer service is an advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working in a design studio, branding agency, wedding industry, fashion industry, or creative business.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Exposure to project management tools and workflow systems.
