In this role, your primary focus will be reaching out to potential leads, understanding their requirements, and scheduling design consultations for our senior team.This is a unique hybrid role. While you start by managing the front-end client communication, you will be actively mentored by our senior designers. Over time, you will pick up core interior design skills—ranging from client pitching and material selection to space planning—allowing you to transition into a full-fledged design or project management role.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to inbound leads, database contacts, and potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify prospective clients, understand their space/renovation needs, and successfully book design consultations for our senior designers.
- CRM Management:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and appointment statuses in our tracking system.
- Follow-ups: Build rapport with prospective clients through timely and qualified follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Skill Development: Attend design brief meetings, shadow senior designers, and actively learn about interior design concepts, materials, and client presentation techniques.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields).
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year of experience). Prior internship experience in customer service, sales, or design is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali] is highly preferred.
- Traits: Highly energetic, quick learner, confident on the phone, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Interest: A genuine interest in learning the business and technical sides of the interior design industry.
