About the role

- The Onsite has to manage the end-to-end on-boarding process of current hires for client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment (including KYC)
- Manage the end-to-end on boarding process for new hires
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities including document collection, offer acceptance, and background verification.
- Ensure timely completion of on boarding documentation (KYC, statutory forms, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Hiring Managers for system access, workspace, and logistics
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Address new joiner queries and provide a positive on boarding experience
- Query management (via email/ESS)
- Track and report on boarding status and metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Education & Experience:

- Graduation in any stream
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office- Excel, Word & PowerPoint presentation
- Gmail & Google Sheet knowledge mandatory
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet applicable deadlines
