Role Description The Client Hiring role at Talent Craft is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for clients, including understanding role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

The individual will maintain regular communication with clients to align expectations, provide hiring updates,



and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases, tracking market trends, supporting offer negotiations, and focusing on long-term relationship building with both clients and candidates.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
- Experience in customer service and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Jodhpur and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic office software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
