Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for placement and hiring collaborations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners.
- Understand employer hiring requirements and align them with suitable candidate profiles.




- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate placement drives and hiring activities.
- Manage employer communication, requirement mapping, and follow-ups.
- Maintain placement-related MIS, reports, and records.

Key Skills Required

- Experience in B2B client acquisition and business development, preferably in the IT or education domain.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.
- Strong networking and lead-generation skills, including the use of platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to build corporate relationships, generate opportunities, and work towards targets.
- Proactive approach, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in B2B Business Development, Corporate Relations, Client Acquisition, Corporate Partnerships, Staffing, IT Services, Education, or Training Institutes are preferred.
