Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim Executive to manage shipment-related claims and ensure smooth resolution of issues such as lost shipments, damages, shortages, RTO disputes, and delivery-related discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process logistics claims (loss, damage, shortage, delay)
- Verify documents like POD, invoices, and LR copies
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and clients for claim resolution
- Follow up with insurers (if applicable) for settlements
- Maintain claim records and prepare MIS reports
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 years of experience in logistics/claims
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and documentation
- Positive communication and MS Excel skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
