Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site civil, landscaping, and water feature activities.

Coordinate with client engineers to ensure smooth execution of site work.

Ensure all site activities are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor the work of site teams and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with senior team members.

Ensure timely completion of assigned work with minimal errors.

Maintain proper coordination between the site team, client engineers, and management.

Follow site safety guidelines and ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of civil engineering and site execution activities.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage and supervise on-site workers.

Willingness to travel to project sites in Lucknow and nearby areas.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fresher’s with an ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
