The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of site facilities, equipment, and infrastructure while ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage electrical, plumbing, civil, and other maintenance work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance expenses.
- Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise housekeeping and upkeep of the site premises.




- Coordinate with project and facility teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in site maintenance or facility management.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and vendor management.
