Nagapattinam, Thoothukudi, Coimbatore, Bhavani, Rajapalayam, Dharmapuri, Tiruchendur, Krishnagiri, Sirkazhi and Sivakasi.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to travel for field inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site land and building inspections.
- Measure properties and record building details and boundaries.
- Capture property photographs and GPS location details.
- Collect nearby property market rates.




- Update inspection details and reports through the Site Inspector mobile application.

Payment and Work Details:

- Payment: 400 per completed inspection file.
- Time per File: Approximately 2030 minutes.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, based on availability.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): 6 hours to complete and submit the file.
- Travel Coverage: Up to 80 km from the candidate’s PIN code, subject to assignment availability.
