Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction project sites using the LabourHome App.

- Monitor and maintain labour attendance, leave records, billing details, and workforce data.

- Manage a minimum workforce of 1,000 labourers across multiple sites.

- Guide site teams in using the LabourHome App for Task Management, Daily Labour Reports (DLR), and Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

- Coordinate client requirements, site operations, and workforce deployment.

- Handle client billing, payment follow-ups, invoice verification, and payment-related issues.

- Ensure labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, Workmens Compensation (WC), police verification, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate labour accommodation, transportation, travel, and other site facilities.

- Maintain accurate operational reports and compliance documentation using MS Excel and MS Office.

- Build strong client relationships and resolve site-level operational issues.

- Ensure timely reporting, smooth site functioning, and adherence to project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering; Business Administration graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.

- Experience: 510 years in construction site operations, labour management, or workforce administration.

- Industry: Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Civil Contracting companies only.

- Workforce Handling: Experience managing 1,000+ labourers across multiple project sites.

- Core Expertise: Labour compliance (PF, ESIC, WC, police verification), attendance management, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

- Client Coordination: Solid experience in client handling, site coordination, contractor management, and issue resolution.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MIS reporting, and workforce management applications.

- Additional Preference: Candidates who have handled large-scale construction manpower operations and can guide teams on digital reporting systems such as DLR, DPR, and task management apps.
