Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage site workers, monitor work quality, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor civil work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material records.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.




- Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for solutions.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and productivity.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction methods and site procedures.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Robust supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Ability to manage labour and meet project deadlines.
