Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Biodiesel Plant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction work at our Biodiesel Plant in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The candidate should have experience in industrial construction, RCC work, equipment foundations, structural work, and site management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the biodiesel plant.
- Manage RCC foundations, equipment and machinery foundations, flooring, drainage, and structural civil work.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and construction specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, labourers, and material suppliers.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper use of construction materials.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Check quantities, measurements, material consumption,



and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Coordinate with project management and other departments to complete work on schedule.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Experience in industrial projects, factories, or plant construction will be preferred.
- Knowledge of RCC work, equipment foundations, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand construction BOQs.
- Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site in Saharanpur.
