– CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise RCC residential building projects.
- Plan and control project schedules, manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Ensure RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and Mivan/formwork activities meet approved drawings and specifications.
- Drive project progress to achieve targets within timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and site discipline.
- Resolve site execution issues and ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Review daily progress reports, work planning, material requirements, and project costs.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and execution teams to deliver project milestones.




- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in RCC high-rise residential building construction.
- Mandatory experience with a civil construction contractor firm.
- Solid expertise in RCC execution, Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
- Proven ability to manage large site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take full ownership of site execution, quality, safety, and project delivery.
