Job Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, material procurement, and cost control.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
- Review civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications,



and quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, and project expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction regulations.
