We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise civil construction activities, including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and construction quality.
- Verify site measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and executed quantities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and applicable building regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.




- Coordinate snag rectification and project handover activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural execution, finishing works, and construction drawings.
- Experience in contractor management, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Robust coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidates with experience in residential high-rise and commercial building projects will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
