Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor subcontractor billing.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including bill checking and client billing.
- Perform estimation engineering tasks such as rate analysis and cost control.
- Ensure accurate measurement of materials required for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to billing or quantity estimation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Civil / MEP Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) role.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Billing Engineering, BOQ Preparation, Quantity Estimation, Sub Contractor Billing, Client Billing, Quantity Surveying skills.
