Civil Engineer – Real Estate

Role: Civil Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site workers.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor labour productivity and manage site resources.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Assist in quantity estimation,



measurements, and billing.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.

Required Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Solid site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
