Qualification
- ITI Draughtsman (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of detailed 2D drawings.
- Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Knowledge of K-SMART building permit drawings, online application procedures, and documentation.
- Handling building permit files, submission drawings, and related documentation.
- Basic knowledge of building rules and local authority requirements.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Basic architectural design skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
