We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Civil CAD Trainer cum Draftsman to train students in civil engineering and architectural design software while preparing technical drawings for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong software knowledge, practical drafting experience, and excellent teaching and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on civil and architectural CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and Lumion.

- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings for residential and commercial projects.

- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and practical assignments.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students through industry-oriented projects.

- Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Assist students with software-related technical issues and troubleshooting.

- Stay updated with the latest CAD software, industry standards, and construction technologies.





- Maintain student attendance, training records, and progress reports.

- Coordinate with other trainers and management to improve training quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, and other relevant civil CAD software.

- Practical experience in drafting and preparing construction drawings.

- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of Revit MEP, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Robust problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide students with patience.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
