KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own monthly sales targets and branch acquisition.
- Lead daily sales meetings and set appointment and closure targets.
- Monitor daily sales reports, lead follow-ups and team performance.
- Coach BDEs and Telecallers to achieve targets and incentives.
- Track conversions, bookings and cost per booking.
- Drive field sales, customer commitments and auction coordination.
- Develop the agent channel and collaborate with marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Chit funds, NBFC or insurance experience preferred.
- Solid sales planning, negotiation and closure skills.
- Ability to manage targets, reporting and team performance.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
