Job Summary

Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-orientated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the construction industry, including project costing, cash flow management, taxation, financial reporting, and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Project Costing & Budgeting: Monitor project-wise budgets, construction costs, profitability, and cost control.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, fund allocation, and project-wise financial requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Accounts & Auditing: Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, statutory audits, and financial risk management.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Monitor vendor payments, contractor bills, client receivables, payment schedules, and outstanding dues.
- Banking & Fund Management: Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, loans, credit limits, and financial negotiations.




- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, control unnecessary expenditure, and improve financial efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead the finance and accounts team, establish financial policies, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Management Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management for business growth and strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, construction costing, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial audits.
- Experience in banking, fund raising, vendor management, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting tools, and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or EPC companies will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and monitor project-wise profitability.
- Robust commercial acumen and a strategic approach to financial management.
- Ability to work closely with the managing director and senior management.
