KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Financial Planning & MIS: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and multi-location MIS reporting.
- Banking & Project Finance: Manage working capital, debt structuring, banking relationships, and project funding for property expansions.
- Cost Control: Implement strict cost control frameworks across F&B;, rooms, procurement, and labor to maximize profitability.
- Compliance & Audit: Oversee GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.Strategic Advisory: Guide executive leadership on expansion, financial risk, and unit-level performance.





CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / Master's in Finance
- Experience: 12+ years of senior finance leadership, with strong Hospitality Industry exposure
- Skills: Capital management, project finance, cost control, statutory tax/compliance, multi-property oversight
