Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, passionate, and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to teach students effectively, develop their scientific understanding, and prepare them for academic examinations. The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make complex chemical concepts easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to students as per the prescribed CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assignments.
- Explain chemical concepts, chemical reactions, equations, and laboratory procedures effectively.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions while ensuring safety.
- Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations, and competitive exams, as applicable.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain discipline and encourage active classroom participation.
- Coordinate with school management, colleagues,



and parents regarding student performance.
- Complete the syllabus within the prescribed academic schedule.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. preferred or required as per the school's recruitment norms.
- Candidates with relevant teaching qualifications and experience will be preferred.

Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good teaching skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of Chemistry and scientific concepts.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, tests, and academic reports.
- Knowledge of the relevant school board curriculum.
- Ability to motivate students and improve academic performance.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
- Additional benefits, including food and accommodation, may be provided depending on the school and location.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
