Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food as per company standards.
- Work in the assigned kitchen department.
- Follow recipes and maintain food quality.
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules.
- Store food properly and reduce food waste.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Follow food safety rules.
- Complete kitchen work on time.
- Work well with other team members.




- Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment.

For senior positions:

- Manage daily kitchen operations.
- Guide and train junior chefs.
- Plan food preparation and manage kitchen staff.
- Maintain food quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Control food costs and reduce wastage.

Job Requirements

- Experience in the relevant kitchen department is preferred.
- Freshers may apply for junior positions.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required.
- Good leadership and communication skills for senior positions.
