Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef cum Manager with 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a formal qualification in Hotel Management. The candidate should possess strong culinary skills along with expertise in kitchen and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily kitchen operations, food preparation, menu planning, and food quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure productive manpower utilization.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, procurement, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain service standards, customer satisfaction,



and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and implement cost-control measures.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Strong knowledge of culinary operations, menu planning, and food costing.
- Experience in team management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
