Hiring Chef – Indian Cuisine / QSR

100 ROLLS is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef / Indian Cuisine Cook to join our growing restaurant team in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing Biryani, Tandoor Specialities, Kolkata Kathi Rolls, and Indian Curries, with a strong focus on authentic taste, consistent food quality, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Kolkata-style Chicken and Mutton Biryani.
- Prepare tandoori items, including Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, and kebabs.
- Prepare Kolkata-style Kathi Rolls, including egg, chicken, mutton, and paneer varieties.
- Cook Indian curries, including Chicken Kosha, Mutton Kosha, Butter Chicken, and other gravy-based dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, food presentation, and quality.
- Manage food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Follow standard recipes, food safety procedures, and kitchen SOPs.
- Minimise food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Indian restaurant or commercial kitchen operations preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Biryani, Tandoor, Kathi Rolls, and Indian Curries.
- Experience in a busy restaurant or QSR kitchen preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple food categories.
- Valuable understanding of food hygiene, portion control, and kitchen discipline.
- Ability to maintain consistency during high-volume service.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month with other benefits, depending on relevant experience and culinary skills.
