Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Medical Billing team as Charge Entry Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for entering patient and medical service details into the billing system accurately and efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities

- Enter patient, provider, and medical service details accurately into the billing system.
- Review medical billing documents and ensure all required information is available before processing.
- Enter charges based on medical records, superbills, and other supporting documents.
- Verify patient demographics, dates of service, procedure codes, and other relevant billing information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of charge entry before submitting claims for further processing.
- Identify missing information or discrepancies and report them to the concerned team leader.
- Maintain data accuracy and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company procedures, client guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve billing-related queries.




- Learn and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the medical billing process.

Basic Qualifications and Skills
- Any undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluent communication skills in English – both written and oral.
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn medical billing processes and healthcare terminology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet assigned deadlines.
- Positive time management and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience in medical billing is not mandatory.
