Job highlights

- BE / B Tech or above . 1 to 3 Years of working experience with CFD tools preferably StarCCM+
- Basic knowledge in fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering . Sound knowledge and deep understanding of subjects like Thermal Engineering / CFD / Fluid Mechanics / Heat Transfer . To be proficient in the MS Office applications .
- Required Technical Skills: . .
- Prepare CFD Simulations as per Hella standards.
- Provide simulation support to the Design team to design, evaluate, and optimize mechanical the lighting system
- Use CFD software (Star-CCM+), to develop advanced CFD models and other types of engineering calculations to evaluate the fluid flow, thermal, mechanical, and structural performance of Headlamps and Rearlamps (Lighting Systems)
- Interpreting and presenting the results up to development of proposals for improvement
- Perform CFD and condensation analysis for Lighting systems and provide accurate and detailed reports.




- Close cooperation with other specialized departments and develops process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency.
- Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- BE / B. Tech or above
- 1 to 3 Years of working experience with CFD tools preferably StarCCM+

Required Technical Skills:

- Desirable knowledge in CFD simulation tools
- Written and spoken English is mandatory

- CFD tool STARCCM+
- Knowledge in CAD tool CATIA to do design modifications
- Knowledge of scripting in Python
- Knowledge of Design of Experiment / 1D simulation will be added advantage.
