Salary:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month

G-TEC Education, Mullakkal, is looking for a motivated and responsible Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate student admissions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our educational institution.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with an MBA qualification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Handle student enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Supervise and coordinate teaching and administrative staff.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and business targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations and maintain reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.

Qualification & Skills




- Educational Qualification: MBA (Required)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
