Excellence Group of Institutions is looking for a confident, presentable, and result-oriented Education Institution Manager cum Academic Counsellor to manage daily institutional operations, guide students in their academic and career decisions, and support admission growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to handle challenging situations, solve problems, and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the educational institution.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission procedures.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team to achieve institutional targets.
- Maintain good relationships with students, parents, staff, and management.
- Handle student concerns and challenging situations professionally.
- Solve operational problems and make appropriate decisions when required.
- Monitor admission activities and support the achievement of admission targets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain student and admission records.

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree from a recognized university.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the education field.
- Experience in academic counselling, educational institution management, admissions, or student relationship management will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
