Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Time: 8:45 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Role

Footprints Preschool and Daycare is seeking a Centre Head to oversee the operations of its upcoming preschool centre in Hiranandani Estate, Thane. The successful candidate will lead the teaching team, maintain educational standards, oversee daily operations and build solid relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor and support teachers and other centre staff.
- Curriculum and Learning: Ensure age-appropriate learning experiences and support children's overall development.
- Centre Operations: Oversee daily activities, admissions, staff schedules, cleanliness, safety and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue and enrolment performance.
- Parent Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally.




- Staff Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate student, staff and operational records and submit reports to management.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local community and support the centre's reputation.

Eligibility and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in preschool management, centre leadership, branch management or a closely related client-management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage parent relationships and guide a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Google Drive and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
