ROEats is looking for a skilled, responsible, and hands-on CDP (Chef de Partie) or experienced Commis 1 Chef to take charge of our Continental Restaurant and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

We need someone who can maintain food quality, manage kitchen staff, control costs, and ensure smooth operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and order execution.
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing requirements, and food wastage.
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
- Maintain standard recipes, portion control, and food costing.
- Coordinate online orders from platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.
- Monitor order preparation times and ensure timely dispatch.
- Assist with menu development, recent dishes, and operational improvements.
- Take ownership of kitchen performance and maintain operational discipline.

Requirements




- Previous experience as a CDP, Commis 1, or Kitchen In-Charge in a restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and other café-style dishes.
- Ability to independently manage kitchen operations and handle service pressure.
- Good understanding of inventory management, food costing, and portion control.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as per business requirements.
