Medibill LLP provides healthcare administrative and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to healthcare providers in the United States.

We are looking for motivated nursing graduates to join our Chronic Care Management (CCM) operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for BSc Nursing and GNM professionals who want to build their careers in US healthcare operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Review and organize patient medical records and health information.
- Prepare draft Chronic Care Management (CCM) documentation using available patient records and approved clinical inputs.
- Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and care-plan documentation.
- Coordinate with the US healthcare team to obtain missing information and resolve documentation gaps.
- Support patient follow-up coordination and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Review records for completeness and accuracy before submitting them for authorized clinical review.
- Maintain patient documentation trackers and follow established workflows.
- Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate authorized healthcare professional.
- Follow patient confidentiality, data security, and quality-control procedures.
- Work with the team to meet productivity and documentation quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- BSc Nursing or GNM qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn US healthcare processes and CCM workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
