What You’ll Do

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for building high-quality service partner supply, ensuring seamless city operations and driving business growth while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply Onboarding: Identify, onboard and activate quality service partners to fulfil customer demand and maintain service standards.
- City Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimise operational disruptions.
- Growth & Quality: Implement growth initiatives and service quality improvement projects in collaboration with central category teams.
- Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with service professionals and improve partner engagement and performance.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyse business metrics, identify operational gaps and develop actionable solutions.
- Process Excellence: Establish and execute robust processes and SOPs for partner onboarding,



operational efficiency and service quality improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and navigate ambiguity.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.
- Willingness to go beyond defined responsibilities to deliver measurable business impact.
