- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, qualified service.

- Take customer orders accurately, both in person and over the phone, when required.

- Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.

- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Answer questions about menu items, prices, ingredients, and available promotions.

- Assist customers with order modifications and special requests.

- Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen staff.

- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter and service area.

- Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders when needed.

- Reconcile the cash drawer and report any payment discrepancies.

- Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.

- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
