1. SALES PERSON

Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
- Explain product details, varieties, pricing, and available offers.
- Possess positive knowledge of frozen food products and other items sold by the company.
- Recommend suitable products to customers and help increase sales.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Check product expiry dates and ensure stock is sold following the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principle.
- Coordinate with other staff members to check product availability when required.

Qualification: 12th pass or any degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supermarket.

2. CUSTOMER ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers politely and guide them to the appropriate product sections.
- Direct customers to the relevant salesperson for product enquiries and purchase assistance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
- Arrange products neatly on shelves and in freezers.
- Check product labels, prices, and expiry dates.
- Monitor available stock and record incoming and sold products when required.
- Follow the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principle while arranging products and maintaining stock.
- Inform the manager about low stock, damaged products, or other stock-related issues.
- Keep the shop, shelves, freezers, and storage areas clean and organised.





Qualification: Any degree with basic computer knowledge. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in retail, wholesale, supermarkets, frozen food, or food product shops is preferred. Knowledge of stock handling, product arrangement, expiry-date checking, and customer service is an advantage.

3. CASHIER

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate bills and issue receipts for all transactions.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely.
- Verify payment amounts and return the correct change.
- Ensure every transaction is billed correctly.
- Handle billing corrections, cancellations, and returns as authorised by the company.
- Maintain the cash counter and reconcile daily cash collections.
- Maintain accurate daily collection and billing records.
- Report cash shortages, excess amounts, or other discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
- Assist with order processing by verifying billing details and ensuring transactions are completed accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, billing, and customer service.

Qualification: Any degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supermarket or retail/wholesale shop.
