Job Summary

Responsible for handling cash, maintaining accounts, and supporting finance operations in an automobile showroom/service center.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage cash transactions, receipts, and payments.
2. Maintain daily cash book and reconcile accounts.
3. Prepare invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
4. Handle banking transactions like deposit, withdrawal, etc.
5. Assist in monthly reconciliation and audit support.
6. Maintain records of income, expenses, and petty cash.
7. Support accountant in preparing financial reports.
8. Handle customer payments and queries related to billing.

Eligibility




- Qualification: BCom / MCom
- Experience: 1-3 Years in Accounts/Cash handling (Automobile experience added advantage) Freshers can also apply

- Tally/ERP knowledge is must
- Good in MS Excel & communication

Skills
- Cash handling & accounting accuracy
- Tally & MS Office
- Basic knowledge of GST & taxation
