- Grounds Maintenance:

Handling landscaping, gardening, pool care, minor plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep of buildings and infrastructure.

- Housekeeping &

- Interior Care:

Managing deep cleaning, laundry, interior organization, and preparing the property for owners or incoming guests.

- Security &

- Access Control:

Locking and unlocking gates/doors, monitoring security and alarm systems, collecting mail, paying utility bills, and performing regular property inspections.

- Guest &

- Client Services:

Welcoming visitors, handling check-ins/check-outs, coordinating event , and acting as the main point of contact.

- Administration &

- Contractor Management:

Booking and supervising external repair contractors, ordering supplies, and managing day-to-day operations.

- Personal or Elder Care (if required): Some roles include assisting family members or residents with daily routines, meal preparation, or transport to medical
- accommodation provided by company

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
