Cardio Coder - Multi-Specialty Denials

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and code cardiology-related medical records accurately.
- Analyze and work on denial cases across multiple specialties.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Identify root causes of denials and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with AR, billing, and coding teams to improve reimbursement outcomes.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting turnaround timelines.

Requirements:

- Experience in Cardiology Coding and Multi-Specialty Denial Coding.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- CPC/COC certification preferred.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
