Position: Car Registration & Delivery Executive -(Automobile Sector)

Key Responsibilities

- Process vehicle registration documentation and coordinate with RTO authorities for timely registration.
- Verify customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with registration requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, insurance, and stockyard teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Track registration status and maintain accurate records of all applications.
- Prepare delivery files, registration documents, and vehicle-related paperwork.
- Schedule vehicle deliveries and coordinate with customers for delivery appointments.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery, including PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), accessories, and documentation.




- Conduct vehicle handover and explain basic vehicle features to customers.
- Address customer queries related to registration, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Maintain MIS reports related to vehicle registration and deliveries.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of RTO registration processes and vehicle documentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
