Position: Car Insurance - Executive

Department: Insurance / F&I; (Finance & Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle motor insurance renewals and current insurance policies for vehicle customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim processing.
- Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and generate renewal business.
- Provide insurance quotations and explain policy benefits to customers.
- Maintain records of insurance policies, claims, and customer documents.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize insurance penetration.
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance coverage, claims, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports related to insurance sales and renewals.
- Required Skills:




- Positive knowledge of motor insurance products and claim procedures.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with insurance companies and customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in automobile insurance, dealership insurance, or motor insurance preferred.

Experience:
- 2-6 years in Motor Insurance / Automobile Dealership Insurance.
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
