Job Title: F&B; Captain – Restaurant & Banquet

Hotel Raj Kailash is looking for an experienced and energetic F&B; Captain to manage restaurant service and banquet operations. The ideal candidate should have strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent guest-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage parties, events, and daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient food and beverage service.
- Manage banquet parties, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and other functions from setup to completion.
- Handle guest requirements, coordinate with clients, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate with stewards, waiters, and other service staff.
- Ensure proper table setup, buffet arrangements, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food preparation, order delivery, and special guest requirements.
- Understand banquet menus, buffet service, à la carte service, and food and beverage operations.
- Assist in banquet event planning, seating arrangements, manpower allocation, and service execution.




- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor service quality, staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the management team for event bookings, special requests, and smooth operations.
- Maintain proper coordination between the restaurant, banquet, kitchen, and housekeeping teams.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an F&B; Captain, Restaurant Captain, Banquet Captain, or Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and banquet operations.
- Experience in handling parties, events, buffets, and group dining.
- Good communication, leadership, and guest relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage service staff and handle multiple events efficiently.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during events.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently handle both restaurant and banquet service operations with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site, Hotel Raj Kailash, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
