Job Summary

We are looking for a senior field operations and activation professional to plan and manage a large-scale mobile activation programme across Maharashtra. The proposed operation covers 36 districts, supported by divisional heads, district heads, supervisors and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the statewide canter activation and movement plan.
- Supervise six Divisional Heads and coordinate district-wise execution across Maharashtra.
- Plan canter deployment, routes, venue schedules, staffing and activity calendars.
- Ensure timely venue identification and coordination for permissions at schools, colleges, temples, societies and other approved locations.
- Monitor vehicle readiness, branding material, event setup, volunteer deployment and execution standards.
- Establish standard operating procedures for registrations, participant mobilisation, crowd management and activity delivery.
- Ensure that field teams follow approved content, instructions and event protocols.
- Monitor daily execution reports, participant headcounts, photographs, operational issues and expenses.




- Resolve field-level problems and escalate major operational or safety issues promptly.
- Review district and divisional performance and ensure that every activation is documented and reported.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; management or operations qualifications preferred.
- 10–18 years of experience in field operations, experiential marketing, brand activation, roadshows, mobile van campaigns or large-scale event operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-city or multi-district projects.
- Experience supervising field teams, vendors, logistics and geographically distributed operations.
- Strong planning, coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Experience with government-led campaigns, public outreach or social-sector programmes will be an advantage.
