Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup &
- Programming:

Load film rolls, foil, and mandrels, and configure parameters like winding speed, tension, and element counts via touchscreen PLCs or computer interfaces.

- Quality Control &

- Testing:

Perform sample checks on capacitance, resistivity, and high-voltage testing to ensure elements meet specifications.

- Monitoring &

- Troubleshooting:

Watch real-time tension, alignment, and edge-guiding systems to prevent wrinkling, tearing, or misaligned layers; transparent minor jams or recalibrate rollers.

- Preventive Maintenance: Clean components using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools, and track daily production output and downtime.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Typically a 10th pass, ITI, or a specialized 6-month diploma as a Winding Operator.

- Skills: Attention to detail, steady hands for handling delicate materials, basic technical comprehension, and familiarity with digital HMI controls.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
