Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Calling & Recovery Executive to handle payment follow-ups and outstanding recovery from dealers, distributors, and customers. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry and a commerce background will be preferred.

The role primarily involves telephonic follow-ups for pending payments, maintaining recovery records, and coordinating with the accounts and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular calls to dealers, distributors, and customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and pending dues to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain records of payment commitments, follow-up dates, outstanding amounts, and collection status.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding pending payments and recovery updates.




- Prepare daily calling reports and recovery MIS.
- Update customer payment status and follow-up details in Excel or the company's system.
- Escalate delayed payments and unresolved recovery cases to the concerned senior.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers during recovery follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, payment follow-ups, credit control, or recovery.
- Experience in a manufacturing company, particularly dealing with dealers and distributors, will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel are required.
- Valuable communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle payment-related conversations professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest will be given preference.
