1. Job Summary

Heera Agro Industries is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Call Center Executive / Telecaller. The selected candidates will communicate with farmers and customers, understand their agricultural irrigation requirements, explain company products, generate sales leads, follow up with interested customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Introduce Heera Agro Industries and explain its products.

- Generate sales leads and identify potential customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication

1. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

- Valuable communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge preferred.

- Good listening, questioning, and customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude, patience, confidence, and willingness to learn.

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
