Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing clients.

- Communicate with clients in multiple languages to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors or aesthetic specialists.

- Provide basic information about aesthetic treatments, skincare services, laser procedures, and cosmetic services, in line with approved clinic guidelines.

- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment inquiries.

- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through professional communication and effective follow-ups.

- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally.

- Coordinate with the front desk, sales, and clinical teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies and communication standards.

- Achieve targets related to call quality, appointment bookings, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 1–4 years of experience in a call center, customer support, telecalling, or patient coordination role.

- Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic center, or healthcare industry is preferred.

- Fluency in multiple languages, such as English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam, depending on business requirements.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

- Professional attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in aesthetic clinics, skin and hair clinics, laser treatment centers, or cosmetic healthcare services.

- Experience in lead conversion and appointment booking.

- Ability to communicate confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- A pleasant telephone manner with solid listening and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
